First annual TRIZ conference on 7th April 2023 at Prof. Tsuda hall, TVS Institute. As we have started our journey towards TVS Reimagine 2030, building an Innovation culture to achieve breakthrough business results is the key. We started the TRIZ journey in April 2019 and the Community of Practice (CoP) was launched in Oct 2020. So far, we have completed 3 batches with 51 practitioners, covering 17 strategic projects in areas of product, Process performance, Cost & Light weighting.
TRIZ is a structured innovation methodology to have multiple competing solutions for any challenge. Since last two years, TRIZ has been successfully applied in various functions at TVS. TRIZ has strong potential to deal with competing requirement & solve complex problems across product & process development TVS TRIZ CoP is happy to announce their first annual conference TVS TRIZ INNO 2023, A Systematic Approach to Innovation at IQL. This will be hosted in IQL on 7th April 2023.
TVS TRIZ INNO 2023 augments the awareness and adaptation of TRIZ across functions. It focuses to connect people encountering complex problems in various functions encouraging faster adaptation of TRIZ in the workplace. TVS TRIZ INNO 2023 will provide a platform to bring research studies that are broadly covered in broad 4 tracks.
