TVS IQL’s 10th Annual Learning Convention was held at IQL on 10th February 2023 with the theme “Organizational Capabilities for Reimagine TVS 2030”.
The convention was focused on the learning solutions provided by IQL for business impact and had over 2000 Executives and Managers attending in person while others attended through a virtual live streaming.
The main objective was to emphasize on how the individuals and the managers can leverage the capabilities of IQL to create value and business impact. The Chief Guest was Dr. M. S. Krishnan who is an Accenture Professor of Computer Information Systems and Professor of Technology and Operations at the Ross Business School, University of Michigan. He addressed on the changing dynamics of business with cases of global companies. He sensitized the need for being vigilant about the devil’s play of the dominant logic that resists the transformation journey.
In summary, the Leaning Convention reinforced the importance of continuous and lifelong learning in the evolving technology landscape and our own intrinsic needs to grow in our careers.
It also had a Learning showcase with over 20 stalls including TVSM and other external learning partners showcasing concepts of CoPs, Learning Platforms, Cyber Security, Emerging Technology Areas, etc. creating immense awareness amongst the participants on the current trends with a few live experiences of learning.
